1. What is AUTOMOTRA Launch Access
AUTOMOTRA Launch Access is a pilot access programme that allows selected used and imported vehicle dealerships to use the AUTOMOTRA platform free of charge during the validation phase.
By participating, the dealership agrees to collaborate with the AUTOMOTRA team by providing feedback on platform use.
2. Pilot access
Platform access during the pilot is free and subject to availability. AUTOMOTRA reserves the right to select, limit or revoke pilot access according to programme needs.
Pilot access does not guarantee service continuity or specific pricing for future plans.
3. Dealer responsibilities
The dealership is responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of published vehicle information.
- Proper handling of customer and lead data in compliance with applicable law.
- Not publishing false, misleading or third-party rights-infringing content.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials.
- Ensuring only authorised users have access to the platform.
4. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use AUTOMOTRA to:
- Publish vehicles with fraudulent or misleading information.
- Store or publish personal data without consent from the individuals concerned.
- Attempt to access other dealerships' data.
- Conduct unauthorised security testing.
- Any activity contrary to applicable laws.
5. No guarantee of sales or commercial results
AUTOMOTRA is a management and publishing platform. It does not guarantee sales, leads, commercial results or search engine visibility. Performance depends on usage, inventory quality and market conditions.
6. Service availability
During the pilot phase, AUTOMOTRA may experience interruptions for maintenance, improvements or fixes. We do not guarantee continuous availability or SLAs during the pilot.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and communicate planned interruptions.
7. Access suspension
AUTOMOTRA may suspend or terminate access if:
- Misuse of the platform is detected.
- The dealership breaches these terms.
- The pilot programme concludes or changes phase.
8. Intellectual property
AUTOMOTRA and its platform are owned by their developers. Use of the service does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Data and content entered by the dealership remains the dealership's property.
9. Platform changes
AUTOMOTRA may modify, add or remove features during the pilot phase without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated to active participants.
10. Limitation of liability
AUTOMOTRA is not liable for data loss, commercial losses, service interruptions or other damages arising from use of the platform during the pilot phase, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
